Another fact that sets us apart from most other companies is that we hold the EPA RRP certification in Connecticut and the Lead Safe Company certification in Massachusetts. The EPA mandates that any contractor working on homes built before 1978, including painters, must be trained and licensed to safely handle lead-based materials to ensure compliance and the safety of residents during such projects.
